Claims file
(Fichier central des sinistres automobiles)
Looking through your FCSA file, you notice an error. You can have it corrected.
Do you have to declare everything?
You've been in a minor fender bender and your car suffered no damage. Should you let your agent or broker know? We strongly
suggest you do. If the other driver decides to declare the accident, his version of the facts will be recorded in your claims file.
Make sure that your version of the facts is on record in the Fichier central des sinistres automobiles. Report every
accident, even if you decide not to claim.
